Step 2: Loading and Saving Documents - Part 2 

The first step shows how to load documents with Javascript that accesses a public method of the container control.

Anyway, most ASP.NET applications requires loading documents from code-behind as you are using C# or VB.NET code to load documents or to fill a server-side tree view with the file names.

  1. Click on a document in the tree view to load it from the server.
  2. Use the menu File / Save to save the document on server-side.
